After dealing with these pesky assholes last grow there a couple of solutions:

    1. Optional but recommended - isolate the infested plant.
    2. If available use neem oil.
    3. No neem oil? Use chopped up pepper, the spicey ones mixed with garlic and vinegar.

If by chance you have access to a great product called orange guard USE it
Helped me kill all the fuckers when all of the above failed

Im with kbag mate, ditch the plant...

Going forward, on your next grow you need to be sticking to your IPM. Ive done 3 grows now and the first 2 i had mites but managed to control them to some extent as i noticed them a lot earlier than you have!

If you get some cold pressed neem oil and some soap nuts youll be golden for the next run

    Process for IPM (weekly)

Put 2/3 soap nuts in a cup and add some boiling water. Stir soap nuts abit and youll notice water going yellowish. Now leave this overnight.

Next day, add 2 to 3 tsp of your soap nut solution to a protein shaker, along with 2 to 3 tsp of neem oil and 100ml boiling water. Put the lid on and shake like fuck till the neem has emulsified.

Add this to your spray bottle then top up til 1L with cold water. Shake again. Spray this all around the tent, pots, on top and underneath the leaves etc.

Make sure you do it as lights are going off or youll fry your plants

Ive done this weekly up until week 3 from flip then added some ladybird larvae and ive not seen a single pest in the groom!

Id also hang a couple of those yellow sticky traps just to catch anything with wings

Chalk this one up as a loss mukka and use it as a valuable lesson

The only option for that plant and more than likely the others will be infested is a full scale nuke

This is a battle you won't win a infestation like this has taken a week at least to get this sort of level

Really any of you guys actually think this is a battle worth fighting. If so it's not very good advice imho

I'm with kbag them need a nuclear attack

I just fought them this grow and the damage they did was unreal, and I only had a light infestation with no webbing. If you are budding, your choices are pretty limited although I have used pyrethrin foggers, sold for cat and dog flea control. The pyrethrin is made from crushed flowers and degrades quickly and will kill the mites, although you might have to use it a few times until all of the eggs and stuff are gone. Keep in mind that you are going to have a zillion dead bugs in your buds... no matter what you do. If you are going to save the plants, I would dunk them in a tub of water a few times to get the majority of bugs out. A quick rinse or two right after cutting will help to keep the buds from losing taste, but your choices are pretty limited. Neem oil, the choice of many, will help kill the mites but leaves an oily residue and funky taste when used in flowering.

Daft question but could I shower the whole plant get most off the bugs off or is that just a waste?

You could hose it off and get rid of a lot of bugs, but not all of them as they are going to be imbedded into everything. Adding a little bit of dish soap will help to get them loose, but only a drop or two, otherwise stuff gets too soapy. A hose or a trash can full will work, although a hose might dislodge more trichomes. It's a matter of salvage by now. Even if you got rid of them today, their damage will continue to show up for weeks. A bath or shower will help, but it won't be a miracle cure. You have to deal with the webbing as well. How many buds look like the one in the photo? FWIW, here is a leaf that looked great when I killed off the mites, but a few weeks later it looked like this... and I only had a light infestation!Click image for larger version.

Thanks there’s only really that 1 for now but know it spreads really quick. Think I could crop them in a week or 2 just wanting to get something out of them
