I agree with Jumper, she got burned and now she's settling into her soil

Sweet, thank you for the help everybody. So the soil was just a bit too much for her?

Maybe I am better off using these root riot blocks I have to start with but the current experience is not going well. If the Liberty Haze has still done nothing tomorrow or the next day I am going to start investigating.

I never got on with the blocks - found them hard to get the moisture right.

Prefer to soak till sunk in a wine glass of tap water and then put in forever pot (autos) at a depth of an inch or so.

Sounds like the right option for my mother plants. Is it worth accepting the slight burn from the soil or is there another option I am missing?

No idea what is going on with the PH. I tested the water that has sat since this morning and it was 8.4. I retested the old water and it had dropped from 8 to 7.8 and straight out the tap was still 7.4. Hmmm indeed.

Some strains won't burn in that soil mate, that girl must be a little sensitive because you're not using soil that is known to be hot as such. It's kind of like this biobizz light mix soil I use, perfect for seedlings but I had a sensitive girl that got slight leaf tip burn but the other didn't two completely different strains.

Not sure why the PH is increasing..must admit that does seem odd. Maybe someone else in the know can chip in with that.

It's increasing and then decreasing over 24 hours which is even more confusing. Maybe that is part of the offgas, just spit balling ideas.

Probably just a broken PH meter...

Decided to do some investigating this morning. The Liberty Haze isn't looking good, I mean the root has grown a little but I think she may be dead. The very tip of the root is a little brown. Put into some soil to see if that can breathe any life into her.

R.I.P Liberty Haze, she never made it.

G13 still going but the yellowing is moving up the plant. Retested the PH of the Rhizotonic solution and it was 6.1, still haven't re-calibrated the meter but thought I would check. Haven't watered for nearly a week anyway. Didn't think much had changed but put on a bit of height since I last posted.

Went down an LED rabbit hole

Getting an itchy nutrient finger to feed this plant. Not sure if it is a good idea to use hydro nutrients in soil. The yellow is still progressing but pretty slowly, slower than she is growing. Seems to have found her stride so maybe I should hold my horses.

Decided to mix up some of my untested completly ballpark nutrient recipes. Thought I would go for a 4 step because why not? Here is the recipe I went with and a graph of the ppm of some things. I went with the clone/seedling to start with.

Got all my nutrients, for some reason I still thought I was waiting on something. Some are really hygroscopic, only had them out on the scales for a few min and they were damp and clumpy. Very interesting stuff. Impossible to measure 0.01 even though the scale is meant to be that accurate. For the Copper Sulfate and Ammonium Molybdate Tetrahydrate I just put in the smallest tap I could and called it good.

Easy to tell part A and B apart because of the iron. Going to hold off for now but needs watering in a few days. Any opinions?

Decided to take her top off today want to keep her as small and bushy as possible. Pot is still slightly heavy so still not watered. Been nearly 2 weeks since I last watered but I think it was way too wet then. Ordered some 10ml syringes so I can measure my feed.
