Go for plasterboard and make a strong stud frame, in my loft I used 3x2 cls for everything and it isn't that expensive.

Cutting angles isn't hard...if you havnt got a chop saw just buy a miter block or make a miter block which will see you rite

With a 2x4 stud frame, plywood will not warp. The advantage to using plywood imo is that you can screw in at any location. Plywood will hold screws well. No need to find a stud or use anchors.
I am jealous of your height! My lack of height has kept me very lazy. First time in years I have not had a grow going. Good luck with the build!

3x2 cls (not from Wickes) 9mm ply and plasterboard FTW as said already, more uprights in your frames will stop anything from warping, just make sure you screw into them

Lol And had a butchers at a good mates loft the other day hahaha youd love it man lol. Gonna need to build the whole thing floating above the joists like hahahaha I wouldnt be sticking to much weight on them.

Am i right in saying bare in mind ive been off the tools 15 years.

If I build a cls floor and chop in a double floor joist either side between the gable wall and the party wall and noggin it up nice. Can I then transfer the load into the rafters pulling the ridge board cuts tighter for the best strength. The pearlins aint great man and not particularly usefull

Would it be better to do the floor in 4 x 2 memory says it will nees to be, may need to chop a centre double joist too thinking about it.
