I very heavily defoliated my last grow at 3 weeks into flower and it has been my best grow to date around 1.25 grams per watt and this was after pulling one of the 4 plants at 2 weeks into flower as it was a mutant and not developing. I continued to defoliate the odd leaf throughout the rest of flowering.
I will defoliate every grow from now on. I also super cropped right up untill week 2 of flower.

I maybe wouldn't be to heavy handed at week 4 through.
TO GROW A PLANT YOU NEED TO THINK LIKE A PLANT

This is what I did with my first two grows and was very happy with the outcome...
But most opinions here seem to sway towards leaving the leaves alone unless dying ...

Is there nobody that understands the biology of the plant enough to answer my question ..which is basically does the pant require fan leaves to grow flowers? Or are they fed by the sugar leaves?
