24-7 IMO .... as much light as possible.

Or do you mean remove the Cotyledons??? If so, whenever or not at all. Makes no difference, they serve a purpose and die off.

    What is 6/2?

Just blast them with light. (Within Wattage reason). 24-7 for me.

I grow autos, so every second counts.

If photos, you can do as you please till you are happy to flip!

Basicly it's saying that a plant can only take in a so much light in the 18 on 6 off and can stress it people are saying well this article I have read says that keep them on for 6 and 2 off while vegging and it gives your plant small intervals to process the light and be ready to catch more I have read it on a few forums aswell it's saying it's benifical for smaller spaces where heat can be an issue so let's give it ago lol

Never noticed a difference when I have grown seedlings in my bedroom and turned off the light at night. Just slightly behind relative to those 24/7.

Reckon it is heat / humidity IMO. Being so young and having under developed roots.
