It's Not What You Know, It's What You Can Prove
Somebody has tried plasma lamp recently ?
I find this. -> Brand: Lumartix SA (I cannot add this link, I'm a newbe...) and the Product is named "Life Engine" plasma lamp.
The look is very close to the Sun-On-Demand lamp, maybe the real maker of this plasma lamp ?
What do you think ?
My c/h is set to 22'C and I've just taken some IR temps.
Passive intake in the kitchen 20.4'C. Hall cupboard, top of canopy 25'C. Middle of canopy 19.5'C. Pot 18.5'C. 45w cmh psf.
The heat from hid doesn't seem to travel downwards very well.
There was a big buzz about plasma lighting but the results weren't there.
Clever how it works, similar to a microwave. The lamp gets its energy from a magnetron, no wires to overheat and melt. Not efficient though. Which is why it can't compete with other lights watt for watt.
Samwise runs a plasma light, he seems to do well with it
