Help what can I take of plant second week flower

Hi. My plant is really bushy I'm 2nd week in flower just seems too many leaves all rubbing of each other, am I able to take away some fan leaves or anything, HELP!!

yup, defoliation is a thing bennett, helps allow airflow n light to get to the lower buds , try take off from below thats not getting light, then stand n look down directly at the top, youll spot which leaves are in the way n remove or tuck if needed

Thanks mate, also I've 1 branch shooting away from rest I'm 2 week in flower so cant snap/bend the branch as its one of my main heads

I understand that mate but my issue is its going to get burn by the light I think, if I pluck fan leaves of that 1 branch/stem will it stop the growth of that shoot mate
