Ace Malawi looks Indica?

Currently growing this and it looks no where near anyone else's grow diary at 2 and a half weeks it is short and has large leaves. Same with oldtimers x am haze which is also supposed to be pure sativa.

Any idea? Have ace put some Indica genetics or can I expect it to get taller and spindly later? I'll get some photos tomorrow I'm a bit time constrained today.

Not sure it's any help I once had a amnesia that looked pure indica in veg until flower then she looked pure sativa I was in doubt till she started to flower..

Perhaps that's it. I have actually found a grow diary and it looked like mine does so I'm not gonna worry too much. I didn't expect such a big difference though. Perhaps it's because I'm using a 600w HPS from seed and they have used something weaker. Not complaining though if it stays this shrubby I'll have an easier time come flower!

Different genetics to others could be another possibility too I suppose.

Leaves on top are more sativa now, in fact the plants been lovely so easy to train and I've made a right cute little Bush out of it. Just flipped the lights this morning so the next few weeks will be interesting!

My Malawi grew pretty tall but didn't have the very thin leaves that you sometimes associate with Sativas. I got several 18 inch colas from them, but they were def Sativa. When they finished, almost all of the fan and larger bud leaves were yellowed and dropping, leaving just the big buds and colas behind. If it turns out like mine, you will be very pleased!

Thanks, I'll be stoked if we make it through flower Ok with no problems. How long was yours in flower for after flipping btw?
