Im still waiting on my coco block delivery ?? im just going to shopping and buy em tommorow if they dnt come in the morning.

And im using this pot because it hangs very well over a larger bucket. And that bucket collects all my run off, this pot sits well above the base of the bucket. So i can have it sitting there for the water to drain completely after watering.
I found this method really convenient

I alsi decided to lift the plant from the pot and just add more coco at the base and sides so everythings flush and level with the top.

And the half pot has to be the noobest move i ever made... perhaps after adding more coco i can LST her.

Also, this is an auto... i heard topping is a No No with autos. But thats youtube videos

As it is an auto, anything you do before flowering can reduce yield... and defoliating is up among the top reasons for low yields....

Not the best example, but you want to be aiming for this. New shoots being dragged to the horizontal as soon as possible.

Get the plant tied down and then start strapping down the new growth.

Which, after 30 days, you have a nice open structure

Only then, just before flower I would defoliate

And the next day, day 32 ! ....

Without the plants ridiculous rate of recovery (thanks to the roots) do not defoliate!

Ive topped every auto ive grown since my first couple of plants..True,i would say there is a very short window to do this to an auto, (i like between week 2 and week 3,) and as long as the plant is not stunted during that time and is showing good fast growth, she's good to top. Massively increases yield size plus opens her up for good plant/stem manipulation.
