    This is my driver. It says there is a dimmer built in, but for the life of me I cant find it. Removed the silicon plug and found a screw you can turn but have not noticed any dimming as of yet

    Yeah the screw should make a difference. Do you have the 1 silicon plug model or two? Most are two models. One does nothing observable, the other clearly dims.

    The screw is hard to twist. I had to find a glasses screwdriver to make it accurate. I use a wattage plug to find out what wattage it is set to.

    I was surprised your dimmer was not dimmable. I bought a cheap one, and even that has a dimmable line, which I use the motor controller on.

    Looking online at your manual, your driver, live my cheap one is dimmable, but you need an external controller.

    I would post link to the manual, but not allowed. Type in ELG-240-C MEANWELL and manual and you can verify what I am saying :-)

    Ebay is your friend for this.

    Nope, I dont believe I do

    Edit; yep I do, it's the silicon plug thing but like I said previously, it isn't noticeable without a watt meter

    I don't think you are hitting the potentiometer screw. From the manual it states it should be dim-to-off

    "Function options: output adjustable via potentiometer;
    3 in 1 dimming (dim-to-off); Smart timer dimming; DALI"

    Remove the silicone plug and use a small narrow bladed flat electric type screwdriver to adjust.
    You should notice the difference
