Looking forward to see the photos. Welcome along.

Don’t worry about the heat make sure you have good air flow and the plants love it.

My tent started at 37.2 this morning and will be 42C shortly!!!!

Totally agree. I've had +40°c for the last 3 days in my loft tent.
Good air circulation and extraction are the only things keeping the girls from shriveling up and dying.
    Roll on autumn.

I feel your pain....any hotter and I'll be making clay pots to fire in my tent

It is interesting to know how ever that with excellent ventilation the plants can handle such heat for a relatively short period time. Had assumed much over 30 Celsius, certainly high 30s was a death sentence.

I think because our heatwaves are confined to a week at most, then temperatures drop back to mid 20's which puts my tent to high 20's- 32°c.
Orange hills in Jamaica is mega hot and the plants were growing just fine when I was there so prolonged hot periods here aren't too big of a problem as long as you can keep air circulating well.
Probably jinxed myself now and will have mid 40°c and 20% humidity in the tent once I'm home
