I very rarely have to call them though... I have had to call other organisations and have had comparable waiting times.
There was that, but it became bit of a game: will the batteries of the phone outlast the wait? It got to the point that I was gonna just die trying rather than give up, and it was great once everything was sorted. Worth it.

Kittens: I haven't seen my Kittens since day before yesterday. I followed the Mommy Cat, after she ate this morning, but she didn't lead me to them. They aren't under the house any more, I just don't know what she has done with them. It is like they just up and disappeared.

Some antifa assholes decided to move north from Seattle last night to a smaller town of Snohomish, where one of my sons lives. Once the people up there got word a thousand armed citizens turned out and stood shoulder-to-shoulder with police. Antifa showed up in three or four cars took a look around turn and drove away. They'll stay the hell away from small-town America were armed to the teeth.
