    GEORGE- Yes sir! You're talking my language over there. Any day on the water is a good day. A day on the water with a bite is better. A day on the water that provides supper is positively the best!

    Glad that new outboard is being put to good use already.

    Thanks Barney, you have never said Truer words.

    I bake one Filey for 45 minutes @ 350 Degrees, until golden brown. There isn't A better tasting fish in the Bay, as far as I know.

    There also really good fried in Peanute Oil. M'M'M' GOOD!

    That is it ICE, when I was A boy growing up, there weren't any Instance Grits, You had to cook it for 5 minutes. But today, you just boil water, pour and mix up, I add A little butter and Salt to it also.
