    Default Heat issues

    Hello everyone

Any advice on grow tent heat control. My temp yesterday hit 34degrees on 250 x 2 hps so I had to turn off the lights for the next 2 3 days as I can't control the temp.

    Any cheap fixes?

Personally I would feed plain water if keeping them in the dark for extended amount of time.

Turn off one of your hps lights would be better than turning of lights completely I would have thought.

I'll do that today just plain PhD water. They took a beating the last week or so. Worried that it won't finish at the highest quality due to random light change

How is your grow room set up

None... just make sure you have A LOT of in tent fans blowing.

My tent is 42.3C right now, and the girls are fine.

Normally I have 15 - 20 litres runoff, but at the moment, less than 5!

I have 2 x 40W far red strips which I am running, whilst keeping the main lights off till dusk (LED).

Ultimately, swapping outside air at 33C with in tent air of 40C + will not do a jot. AC is the only option.

Fed it water only yesterday and left the lights off but I did notice few of the plants fan leaves have been burnt. Going to turn one of them on tonight as the temp won't be so brutal tomorrow. I kept both the tent doors open to allow better temp control.

    Thanks for advising
