First timer

Hi, complete beginner and looking at buying my first set up but haven't got a clue where to start. Had a little read through and saw secret Jardin pop up a lot so was looking at this kit:
Kit Includes:

1 X Secret Jardin DR120 Rev 3 grow tent measuring 120cm X 120cm X 200cm

1 x CAN RK150 inline fan (with 4m power lead included)

1 x Rhino Pro Filter 150/300

1 x 5m of 150mm Acoustic Ducting (with 3 ducting clips and 3 heavy duty cable ties)

1 X Parabolic 100cm Reflector

1 X Maxibright iPac Pro 600W Ballast

1 X Sunmaster 600W Dual Spectrum lamp

1 X Pair of Easy-Rolls

1 X Heavy Duty Timer

1 X Secret Jardin Monkey Fan

Would this be a good choice? Is there anything that I should add to it or change?

Secret Jardin tents are a good choice, so no worries there..and as far as your list goes, I think you've selected a nice set-up.

I'll also add that I think I know where you're buying from..this is a ready-made kit I believe ..(no need to mention who), and you won't go wrong with them, very good customer service

I've got some advice for you actually..phone them up and ask if they would be willing to upgrade the acoustic ducting to there Phonic Trap Ducting for free if you were to purchase the kit from them

Being controversial, I would suggest LED lighting (Invisible Sun) over high power - especially if UK based. Cheaper (kit and running), cooler and banging out 2.5g/W on this site.

I would also want to be adding a dehumidifier and inkbird controller.

Personally, I would avoid Rhino filters and look at Mountain Air. I will not go Rhino again.

You also need real time monitoring, being that it costs 40-60 quid - brilliant to check app on the phone. I would also recommend a baby monitor webcam - stop visiting the girls and check on phone.

Avoid the Monkey Fan - too unreliable and buy separates from Amazon. I use a 6 usb port and run 6 usb fans (amongst others).

Thanks for all the replies! As this is my first time and I'm on a budget also, would a smaller tent be ok?
I was looking at a 120x120 and was gonna try 4 plants but would a 60x60 or 90x90 be ok or would I have to have less plants?
Also what size mountain air fan do you recommend and is the phonic ducting worth the big price difference?
