If that is the case, I may as well just get the Benadryl and get it over with asap. Pain I can handle, I've done it since compacting my spine but that withdrawal is a bitch......with attitude!!! I'd much rather just have the pain.
Yeah mate pretty much same regardless of dose mate, done it a few times from various doses and same ride mate. Its to do with the chemical changes that happen to manage opiods/morphine mate.

Tapering helps mate but in the end you still gotta face the turkey one way or another bro.

Obviously I would suggest informing your Dr (as I did) so they can put some kind of care plan in place mate and are aware of what you are doing.

Well I made it to this evening.

I am a little upset all in. I actually felt OK this evening. Many hours in the sauna and even a swim *cough* two lengths.

The sh*&ts, cramps has subsided and the flu going but the pain is unbearable.

I spoke to the GP and explained my concern. Funnily enough, take the tablets. I guess there is nothing in between?

I have had one. That is it. I just need a break in pain. I am rolling around beside my self. I simply cannot function. Not even been on here or fed the cup!

Maybe I need to make something stronger. It is a combination of glass cutting into either side of the knee, convulsions and spams of electric hot pain and then the bone crunching as if my knee is disintegrating at every step.

I was out picking up groceries and literally ground to a halt. Move no further.

No amount of salve could hit the pain. Maybe I need a bigger arsenal.

So that is sleep b***ered tonight ... and new resolve again tomorrow I guess..... honestly..... new round of pain specialist and nerve guys next week for the no good that will do.

You have done well Sir! People do not understand the struggles. It takes a lot of strength and courage that is for sure. It does not help having a guy on each shoulder constantly nagging. There simply is no way out.

When I severed my ulna I was put on gabapentin, Trammadol and morphine - needless to say horrific.

I just hope I can find a sufficiently strong natural remedy to get me on the right path for good. I don't believe I can do 1 Trammadol long term.
