They recommend the lower watt version for side lighting but the 300's work as well. Might need to dim them depending on space.
There are 4 hanging mounts so mounting sideways or at an angle is easy.

Thanks Chippy. I am still undecided. I am out of my favorite smoke. Ken's GDP. So that is definitely next up. I might try to just grow 1 or 2 in large pot(s) and train them out to fill the space if I can.

The issue is the room height. With only 49 inches or 124 cm floor to light I am not expecting get even close to maximum yield.

I would be happy with anything over 12oz stemless dry.

Can't seem to find what LEDs they are using on the website.
I usually flower around 800 PAR. I have taken it up to 1000 without hurting the plants. I will need to get my co2 meter into the room. Hopefully I have a high ambient co2 of over 600ppm and then the plants should be able to handle the full 1000 PAR at 12inches.

If co2 is low I will need to consider adding some or the lights will be a wasted.

I mentioned this in another thread but it should be here.

One light arrived with broken glass panel between the led's.

It was about a week after they arrived that I opened the boxes.

When I emailed The Green Sunshine Co they immediately replied. They did not ask stupid questions or request time wasting photos. They immediately shipped a new light the same day and emailed me a label to return the broken light.

    A+++ for customer service.

My only negative so far is that each light comes with 2 ratchet hangers. The best mounting with max control requires 4 hangers. Hangers are cheap enough that 4 should be included.

That's fantastic CD bro, glad that got sorted for you without any issues..a lot of times we only take the time to complain so acknowledging these positive moments is great too..I know some would have argued about it been a while and questioning why you hadn't contacted them sooner etc etc.

Amazing lights. I'd like a ES180 for my 1mx1m tent

3.5 year update. Readings taken 48 inches from light.
    314 PAR
    16,500 LUX
(Readings are a bit higher than original readings above. This is due to the added mylar.

No diminishing PAR or LUX so far. There is a newer better version of this light available but I promised myself I would not upgrade until I see some efficiency loss.
Only issue so far is a very occasional slight flicker. I know I can fix this by replacing the dimmers. With dimmers unplugged there is no flickering.
    Cheers!Click image for larger version.
