Hello mate, as stated, it is kind of hard to tell for sure in the purple glare but offhand, I'd say you either have a calcium/magnesium problem or it could be phosphorous/potassium.
The cause is usually ph related and the solution will depend upon your growing medium.

soil type: Organic Composted material enhanced with a slow release fertilizer
nutes or additives used and how often for soil: didnt use any nutes for veg, but am using potassium for flower.
Air temps (max min): 22/15 Celsius, my tents out in a shed and its winter..plant still thrived in VEG.

Are you giving them a source of phosphorous? It is as equally important to flowering as potassium.

I'm thinking that your organic mix and timed release nutrients are getting too hot for the plant's comfort. It is clawing slightly with issues with the leaf tips. As organics age, the nutrients are released by bacterial and enzyme actions. Adding a slow release fertilizer compounds the problem, since it continues to release fertilizer even as the organics are breaking down into the desired compounds.
At least this is my take on it, although I have never personally had any problems with low P or K. With the organics and timed release nutrients, I don't think it is a deficiency, although imbalances can also cause deficiencies as well as Ph issues.
