Starving! In flower they have a strong demand for PK.

I use ready to use Cannabis soil with optimal nutritient already in there. Is it ok to remove 3-4cm of top soil in pot and use fresh soil from packaging instead? Its organic soil from "Kanamu Pacha" named "The Hortisol".
Will nutrients from new top soil swim down to roots? :-)

Often, when plants are nearing the end of their life cycle, they will pull nutrients and reserves from the fan leaves, which is where much of it is stored. Plants still need plenty of nitrogen during flowering, but not too much as it can cause higher chlorophyll levels, giving it the hay smell. The "Flush" is simply an attempt to recreate this action on a controlled timetable instead of whenever the plant decides to start pulling nutes from the leaves. In either case, it is from a lack of nitrogen. So... do you want to feed her at nearly the end of her cycle (the yellowed leaves won't recover at this point) or do you want to let her finish normally, saving you the need to flush anything.
FWIW, In my opinion, flushing is pretty much an Urban Canna-legend, since you can't flush nutrients out of a plant. The best you can do is to remove the nutrients from the soil and let the plant finish up using it's reserves and whatever isn't flushed from the growing medium.

I just read about Root Rod. is root rot what is happening on my plant? is it worth fixing if im only giving it 14-20 more days until harvest?

the only thing i can suggest is to read up on soil n cannabis, potting v direct ground planting, added amendments such as kelp bone meal etc etc, nutrients, soil health etc before you plant anything again.
i grew recently in 16lt fabric pots only 14lts of soil in the bags after the clay drainage at the bottom n the perlite mixed in, were drinking 3.5 lts at their peak with about 2-300ml of runoff!
skin it roll it lick it twist it.
