    I’ve done both and from now on would definitely not top, but stress train.

    I always top or fim every auto, it increases yields. The only caution is if your plants aren't looking happy I wouldn't abuse them anymore.

    I never topped auto's but I haven't grown them for around 8 years,I'll see how this batch does without before I do anything.

    I’ve done both now with same seeds, nutes etc had far better results from topping
