I wonder if I am not watering enough at watering times? I ater until the first drop drains from the bottom of the pot and then I stop. Should I really drench the soil at watering times?

20% run off - so yeah keep going.

I prefer to lift the pot. You will soon learn the right weight.

So should I have a measurement worked out from the size of the pot of the amount of water I am giving? I'm just unsure how I would work the 20% out without that.

Thats a pretty young plant and it shouldn't need much in the way of feeding yet... especially if it is in any kind of fortified soil. The earlier leaves are the only ones that look affected, I'm guessing it was something that happened a while back and just showing up now. The new growth looks good and the newer leaves look unaffected, so I would just ride it out for a few days. Depending on what has been added to your soil, I would give a very weak feeding (its a small plant and has a small appetite!) until the plant grows a little more and shows it's intentions. Messing with feeding, nutes, and Ph at this time is just throwing darts with a blindfold on. The plant looks pretty healthy overall, if it were my decision, I would just wait it out for a few days and see how it adjusts to it's new home. FWIW, a suprisingly small amount of nutrients are needed for a healthy plant. The recommended feeding schedule from the manufacturers would feed a sumo wrestler if it was food instead of fertilizer. Don't be misled by outrageous claims... simple is usually better, especially if you are just starting out.
    Keep up the good work!

Not to worry, those leaves will just fall off, just stay with water until you get some of that heat out of your soil. JMO
