I think they can if the electricity people see I was speaking to someone about it yesterday and he says anyone like that gets some sort of payment for grassing 2 b fair if i wasn't in the situation I would of never let them in and would of got rid of everything even if I had 2 garden skip

Power and mailman get a reward for reporting grows or they used to not sure about now... but aye unless the fucker is holding a warrant the door doesn't even get opened. Would rather the knock than the big red key at 5 in the morning tbf though.

That is only if they don't smell any thing. They can enter without warrant, if they smell it when you open the door. Other wise that is right, they can't enter your home without some kind of proof you are doing something wrong.

Yea smell . Forgot that ... in Canada the smell of Weed is no longer considered a crime ruled nor grounds for a probable cause search and seizure ruled by the Supreme Court . Exept in a vehicle while driving . That could he probable cause in that case

In the uk they just have to suspect a crime is happening and find a actual crime to justify them entering the property. I know this because I open doors for the police there enforcer won't open. They always find something to justify their cause

I pretty much daily got stopped searched and told I was in the wrong part of town . Only a dual carriageway away on the wrong side of town but my girl lived in the nice side
