    LOL You've got me in absolute stitches Sad

    Have you tried taking them off?..or are they part of the leaf MacDon70?

    Looks like they might be a scaley insect of some type..unless it's the actual leaf 'bubbling' up in places on the leaf?

    I'm thinking possible Scaley insects..like this ;

    Unless it's just the leaf bubbling as I mentioned before?

    I'd need better pics or to see it with my own eyes to know for sure.

    Ok so sorry to say but your plant is infested with scale insect, they are usually placed on plants by ants who farm there faeces believe it or not.

    You'll need to to try and remove them all. Bug Clear spray has been recommended by some growers here, but do some research as it is a systemic insecticide and will flow through your plant.

    A couple of guides here on neem sprays which can also be effective on these scale insects ;

    redisiel - IPM(intergrated pest management) - Clicky

    Gaz - Neem and soapnuts quick guide - Clicky

    Do some research and choose your method
