    I've had em twice in coco ,never bothered me just always wondered how they got there

    Guess so...thats where my blackflies came from...2nd bloody time too...back to the Canna Terra I think...they don't seem to like that

    Very possible they were already in the house Sad...some say springtails can be found in the majority of peoples homes..we just never really see them, until their numbers build up.

    Had them every grow with coco. Love the wee things now. A grow wouldnt be the same without them.

    Ive had um for the last 2 grows aswell. Knew what they were from my reptile keeping days

    They feed on fungi so the presence of them shows a fungal dominance in the medium, or atleast enough for them to sustain life. Reckon with keeping coco moist all the time has something to do with it
