Hopefully you do not mind a complete beginner question, I used to smoke regularly about 10 years ago and have decided to have a weekend of eating for old times sake. I have learnt today that I need to bake it before i do to do something called Decarboxylate, but my question is, once I have done this is it ok to just say, chop it up fine and put it in a tomato sauce with pasta or is that basically a waste? Everything I see seems to point to making butter first but I am not sure if this is just for convenience or to keep the potency?
Any guidance would be awesome please.
