Should i plant a CC when i pop these Jon Snows?

How do you know when the CC is ready to be cut and used as mulch?

When mulching the first CC, do you re-sow seeds?

When using a CC what size area do we leave uncovered in the middle of the pot?

Thanks Gaz for posting this up. Never realised such a thing as "Green Manure"! I know about legumes, but not all these other plants.

I have some cover crop seeds on the way now. Soon enough I am gonna have some in my pots too
