Im not 100% but I don't think photos grow any faster than autos its just autos flip em selves after 3 weeks or so amd photos get vegged by the grower for longer and that adds the time rather than growth rate

Have a butchers at automatics there's many that go from seed to weed in around 70 days then you can bin that dealers number
Fast buds strains have been rock solid at hitting the 75 day mark for me
Quickest was dinafem fruit auto that got chopped 64 days after emerging from the mud

I have done autos before but never really got alot off them so I thought give this a bash again off topic abit lads but here goes I hope this makes sence I have been saying it in my head for the past few hours so I don't say this wrong but how important is the 18/6 light schedule as I have been reading post about people leaving them on 6/2 others saying they leave it on for 24 hour others are saying as long as it's not in anymore than 10 hours darkness u can leave the light on whatever you want the reason I'm asking is I kinda fucked the schedule past 2 days fucking painkillers have knocked me for 6 but is there any truth in these am I good or could this be a problem I no it's not been in darkness for more than 10 hours more like 8 the past 2 days hope this makes sence

With photo's i think most growers stick to the 18/6 light schedule until they flip to 12/12 for flowering, auto's are a different kettle of fish and some will do a 20/4 and some do 24/7 but you being on photo's at the minute i personally would stick to 18/6 bro' it's tried and tested, good luck and all the best mukka G'.
