You will find the majority of LED growers on here are using quantum boards of one sort or another, the most popular would appear to be invisible sun ...

I think these are 150W Quantum Boards after a quick google. I would personally use the site sponsors as you said and go Invisible Sun. As I also use their boards!

Im pretty sure they are made by Meizhi.I had a couple of their small blurple 300w LED's and they served me pretty well for my early grows. +1 on the Invisible Sun QB's, i swapped to one and the difference is massive, well worth the investment if you want to go the LED route.

1x600hps shouldn't break the bank running cost wise

Spider farmer are a spin off of Viparspectra/Mehzhi. Budget / entry level and host a full range upto quantum board copies that are very popular at the moment.

At 150-200 budget you could do a lot worse in terms of watts per £ spent but are by no means the best lights out there. Not just going to say they are bad.

Pretty much as above pal, its a budget light that performs well for the money. What lights have you used before?

Well id say 1 ts1000 (150w) will roughly match a 250w hps. Not measured myself but seen reviews putting them at 2.2umol per watt.s which is quantum board territory.

Apparently they use lower bin leds from the big manufacturers and do theyre own certification. Thats better than claiming to use the real mccoys when youre not.
