Update. Got one and it came. Ec 0.6. From mix I mixed up for 3 week old fem. ph about 5.8.
Canna aqua recommends 0.9 at that stage.

What everyone fails to mention is that your water also has an EC reading...

Personally, most autos I've done have never got above 0.3/0.4 above my base reading (the reading of my water) which is 0.5 - or, 0.8/0.9 EC

So I test the water then feed accordingly to take the ec to the right level. Does ph up and down affect the ec as well ?

Yes they do. Best to not use too much of either! By their nature they will buffer the water.

Looks a little frazzled to me... I would flush with plain declorinated water ph to 5.8 if possible.

Well that one I had trouble when it was seedling and maybe overwatered it it was very drooped. And I think it suffered without a fan in it because after the fan was in and it peeled right up to that and them leaves went yellow before I started feeding it.
