Default Nitrogen deficiency 43 days in flower?

Am i looking at a nitrogen deficiency here? I am 43 days into 12/12. Leaves at the top of the plant just started turning yellow in the last 2 days so i gave her some more grow. Doesnt seem to be working as leaves are getting worse. The same happened two weeks ago so i upped the grow and things went back to normal. She is in a large bubble bucket and was vegged for about two months so the root ball is huge at this point. Is there anyone willing to give there 2 pence worth on whats going on here?

Thanks for the speedy reply guys. Should i back of with the nutes for now then and just let her do her thing. I was just thinking it might be a bit early for her to start yellowing like this. Could you make a guess at how long left I'm looking at?

Started flowering on the first of august after 36 hours in the dark. It was showing flowers within the week. Its a g13 pineapple express. About two weeks in i was needing to change the time of my lights on/off because of work. So i left it in the dark for another 36 hours. This seemed to set it off like a rocket for some reason. The buds grew huge within a couple of weeks. It was vegged for 2 months, topped and trimmed quite heavily at the bottom of the plant. It thrived through all of it and the buds are looking excellent just the leaves that are having me worried. I have been trying to keep the ph between 5.5/6. Checked the ph today and it was 6.2 just before lights went of.
