Growing in a long trough

Only a thought at this stage and yes I've Googled it, but my mind has wandered all of the way to trough growing.

Has anyone done this with a photo planted at one end of a 1m trough and then grown flat along the length of the pot and tucked under 10 loops of string before flipping to 12/12 with say 10cm left at the end? Like a mini scrog?

Training will be a piece of piss for you. Only problem I could see is with the tap root? But maybe that's just autos?

The imminent grow will be the first since last December, Up, yeah.

Just a few autos to limber up...last few bits and pieces being bought.
