Storing mixed coco feed advice.

Hi all, due to my spine issues I have set up a feed bucket for my seedlings and have an airstone and pump on the go. Will swap to a big brewers bucket when the plants get bigger.

So I mixed up the usual feed, Plant magic root stimulant in first at 2ml per Litre, A+B up to 0.5 EC at the moment (have a very low base EC) and PH down to 5.8. But am finding that the PH goes up every day and now the EC has gone down a little too.

My questions are- do I just adjust daily?
Just read in a hydro thread about using calmag to buffer the PH, should I do that and if so at what dose?
And How long can the feed be stored for with the bubbler on the go? It's currently 4 days old.

When I've done micro grows I've mixed a liter of feed up that lasts me the week.... everything ends up going out of whack Best to try to keep things down to a couple of days max IMHO

Hi missy I've found a 7-10 days if it's being mixed.

If your starting ec is low I would supplement with calmag. Dont know the full science but it does give the water a better buffering ability.

Should add the temp of your nutrient solution is important all sorts of nasty stuff appear if it sits above 20° for any decent length of time. I've found anyways lol.
