Default Need help with water chiller.

I got Boyu L-075. But I dont know how to use it right. The manual was hard to understand (im Norwegian). The display is showing 20.4 celsius, but when I hold in settings and the "P" starts to blink I have set it to 18. Do I do something wrong or is it that my chiller can cool down the water anymore? I dont hear the chiller making any special noise.

I just noticed that my waterpump in the reservoir was at the lowest speed. Hopefully its getting better. At the moment im using bottles of water that are frozen to helt it cool down.

Try lowering it to 16 and see if your water temp (20.4) drops at all.
If not you might need to upgrade to a bigger chiller bud as it's struggling to drop your temps
The one you have says it's 80-400 litres which is abit crazy really.
But I'm guessing your res is in the hot room

I don't have that chiller but my chiller makes a noise and I'm guessing yours should too. Sounds like it's not kicking in
if i help drop a THANKS its free

Ok bud if it kicked in when you dropped the temp on the chiller then you will have to play about with it.
Make sure you have an extra nutrient thermometer or some other way to check the temp to make sure you are getting an accurate reading.
If it's correct then mess about with the temp settings.
Set it to 16 and if it still don't bring your temps down to around 19 then drop it to 15.
With my hailea I had to set it to 18 to keep my temps around 19.
What pump and how long is your pipe work ?
All sorts could come into it , like speed the nutrient is being pushed through the chiller
    And lengths of the pipes.
    So trial and error bud

My pipes from the chiller to the nutrient reservoir is 1,5-2,5m i think. I set it to 8 celsius now and it looks stable at 19.

The pump is Boyo FP-serie and delivers 2000l per hour.
