    Default Brittle Leaves

I will put some pics up when I have chance but will try to explain what I'm seeing in the hope someone might have an idea.

I'm growing a few strains in Canna Terra soil with Old timer organic nutrients and I've given a couple of extra feeds through flowering of mollasses, seaweed and mag cal.

4 plants are OK but Durban Poison has been looking paler particularly around the veins of the leaves and also feels quite dry and brittle and has gone brown on some leaves in random places. This seems to effect all the leaves not just on top. They are under a 600w HPS. Temps currently range from 21c to 26c lights on, plenty of air movement. RH is 45 to 56 according to meter min and max and I reset it every couple of days.

I've just given a little Epson salt in with the last watering incase it's magnesium but I'd be surprised if it's that. I've been feeding quite lightly with feed no more than 3ml but mostly hovering around 2ml. We are in the 7th week of flower now. The others all look a good colour.

If, as I suspect you did, you fed it as a drench, then its more than likely your microherd is on its arse mate.

Flush 3 x pot with pH 6.8 or mineral water.
Give feed as the last 2 litres

Reccomended get some Ecothrive Biosys tea and repopulate the microbes mate.

If you sprayed then ignore this

(We have had the evidence recenty from a member supporting what Ive always said...cal mag in soil kills the microbes and in an organic grow thats fatal)

Ah no that's terrible, I will see if I can get that stuff. What a shame. I have some soil I can top dress with for now. So in future I should just spray it? It's odd how the others are doing so well though and I've always fed in this manner. God I'm glad I didn't put more in. Are Epsom salts OK as I did use a few of those this morning?

Flush mate get the cal mag out the soil, do it with 6.8ph so you don't exhaust the buffer capacity and then feed also at 6.8pH

Epsoms is debated but I wouldnt worry no
