    Default Vit C for chlorine

Scoobz mentioned this a while back man and reading up Im gonna try.

It will lower ph slightly but mine is 7 so im ok with that.

I got pH pen on route so will test it all then but frankly Im fecked of with standing water.....

So best I can tell, and anyone please chip in here...

You need around 10mg per litre give or take (beer home brewers been doing this a while) so Ive gone a little less and done 40mg in 5L

No idea how to even test this works other than do it for while and see what happens lol. If it doesnt cause any issues then Im gonna do this know on I think.

Also get rid of the fecker I cant spell chloramine or some shit.

Anyway gonna go use it now

I used some sodium ascorbate for the first time yesterday. Based on what I read here (all credit to Scooby) add your power at 2.5 times the chlorine rate.

Latest water report was 0.09 mg/l so 0.09x2.5 worked out about a gram for a gallon.

Anyways not sure it worked cause I just went out and bought spring water lol was too afraid it would feck em

Supposed to give it a few minutes to work, or so I read up.
