That sucks if it is a pest. Can you check with a loupe?

Some of it does look like splash marks to me though.

I find the yellow double sided sticky traps quite effective. I use them more for prevention and monitoring.

I have used ladybirds very effectively and now breed them and chuck some in fortnightly to die!

Either thrips or me splashing leaves?

Mon the buds, sooooo far away

I'm not anywhere near an expert as Jumper kindly said but this doesn't seem to be pest damage, at least from looking at these pics it doesn't look at all like thrip damage which is much smaller lines, can look silverish on the top of the leaf (I've had it a few times personally).

Definitely get the loupe/microscope out and check undersides of leaves for anything, even tiny droppings.

    EDIT - Removed double quotes.

Ok lads thankyou for your time, i feel reassured that i have been lazy and not wiped any splash up lol. I dont see those tell tale marks which seem to sit along the serations in like a pattern. I do see some silvery bits like spit though and the tella tale scraping of leaf tissue from under neath the leafs. I'll keep inspecting my yellow cards but as to date i have found none.

I do feel like my plants are not praying enough, they have that root zone not quite right look, with the leaves kinda sagging slightly (like when its night time)

Hmmmm wonder if im watering too much? I may go watering once every 2 days for a while to see if this helps? I see roots out the bottoms of the 20 litre pots but not as much as normal. Gawd kjnows will keep updating and see how things go...

    Thanks chaps

Nice one Trex i thought i had over done the watering as i dont see many roots out the bottom as yet and they are only just hitiing 3 weeks since putting seed in water. so still got small root system. It seems to be a controversial one over watering in coco, some say no, some say yeah. My feeling is that 2.5 ltrs each plant a day is too much at this stage, so gonna back off to watering every 2 days for a week and see if that helps.

These are 20 ltr pots after all that have been packed fairly tightly with lots of coco, squashed right into the cones....i must add i fucking hate that job!!!

So suck it n see if they start praying, i hope so lads

Defo got problems look at this - its on several plants but tbh all look un happy now, since upping from 1 litre feed a day to 2 then 2.5

I have odd looking thick growth in areas (over water sign) and odd looking thin growth in others.

I really dont like the look of the stippling and loss of green and the rough texture to some plants, mostly the cookies are doing these horrid leafs....

So if i dont get these plants right in the next week i will be binning them, i cant justify the expense for a poor yield and or me moaning all the time...

So for now all i can do is let em dry out a bit, fuck knows man...
