Default Adding of nutrients, first time grow

I was after some feeding advice regarding when to start feeding nutrients in vegging. After reading around I know it's not as simple as just giving a number of days but if a plant was doing as it should with no issues at what point would you start with nutes?

I've read not for the first 2-3 weeks of first sprouting amongst other things. This will be my first grow so want to get as much right from the off as possible. To try help you help me I've got

New 75x75x130 cm tent standing upright

300 w blue spectrum cfl light in a hanging reflector for veg and will swap for red for flowering

Seeds will be 1x easy bud auto and 1x sour diesel feminized auto, may not see both through but will start both

I got a starter kit with a tropic mix 40% coco, 60% peat and contains both calcium & magnesium at just the right ratio (2:1), it says not me, and the shogun samurai terra grow 1Ltr nutrients bottle with it too. Apparently everything I need, but that's rarely the case lol. So any advice or things to generally look out for to suggest they may need to start would be appreciated. I can try put a pic up of the ingredients of the shogun nutes if needed, looks a lot to type, don't know if they'd be listed on google anywhere.

Only when they go pale green.

Are you coco or sol? I assume coco with amendments.

Lol fook knows mate, says its soil on the site, what I put above was their description "tropic mix 40% coco, 60% peat and contains both calcium & magnesium at just the right ratio (2:1)" and it also says "Soil grower? Push growth & rooting with Tropic Mix. It’s the best soil mix to use"

Its one of those "here's most the bits to get you going" kits.

Will be potting in 2x 12L fabric rhizopot which came with it too.

The easy bud auto has popped the shell in germination so was hoping to plant that tomorrow. I did mess about germinating a photo seed, bruce banner, it germed and it sprouted ok in the soil.

I don't do soil .... I guess the coco is to make the soil lighter.....

Assume a soil grow and feed water lightly.

Feed the plants when they need it. And even then dial the strength back.

Do you have a hydrometer (thermometer, humidity meter)?

Hey, please could you give us more information about the tent? I have been looking for a tent in that dimension.
