    Default Soundproofing grow room

Been having a look at ways to take extra measures for keeping the noise travelling through walls and saw a few different things from foam egg boxes to insulating and then covering it in plaster board, not wanting to go as extreme yet with plaster boards etc as I'm all set up in the room so its a bit of a faff starting that. Has anyone any used foam egg boxes or anything similar to that and found it worked?
Any ideas in general would help, feel I need to put something against the walls. Gonna trawl through the diy threads see if anything shows

Rockwall is a good sound proof. Although you will have to encapsulate it. With ply or plaster board.

Buy good quality fans. As thre`re on all day, the background noise won`t be noticed. Smell is more likely to give you away.

Yeah but for a recording studio on one wall...then the guy decided he didn't like them so got acoustic foam instead It was more for proof of concept though

Look for that, its cheaper than Rockwool, battens & plasterboard
