I've got a couple of freebies from my last order and was thinking of getting a few more to fill the tent with. Mixed results on the grow out. May swerve and take another mephisto option. Cheers trex for the info

The grow out seeds mostly all failed for some strange reason ,probably a bad batch . Ive done it twice and they were flawless tbh .

I keep hearing this, but it does not match my experience. I pretty much grow exclusively Mephisto. My germ rate is probably mid 70s percent wise.

The seeds which I failed with came from a Seedbank and not direct. Not sure if that is just bad luck!

Im glad youre having fairly good germ rates with them mate! Last time i tried to germ some i went through about 15 seeds before i managed to get 4 to pop and they were ordered direct too!

That is a shocking and expensive germ rate! I can see you reluctance!

I abandoned the paper towel method for Mephisto.

You and me both, finally got them to pop by putting them straight in the pots!

Strange because if you go on their site it says they never have old stock and guarentee their germ rates

When Mephisto first appeared, it was a 100% success rate for germination but as they got more popular, the germination rates plummeted

Yeah I soak the seed in the plastic seed vial and straight into dirt. Seems to work every time.

I don’t follow their germ instructions!

Be interesting to see how Night Owl seeds germ rates go. Too early this far, but those I follow seem to be doing well.

My seeds are stamped late May.

Why would germ rates drop??? Rushing the product ? I really am surprised not to read this comment more frequently across ‘net.

I know they keep working on them. The new Sour Crack I received is f8.
