Harvest time, when to do it ?

Hello everyone, it's been a while wince inpost because i was out of seeds. I managed to "find" some in a bud i was smoking and it was all females exept one that i removed away. Now they are pretty much in the late stage of flowering and i don't wanna screw it up. My question is how much should i wait to start flushing and how much time she may have before harvest. It is in day 54 of flowering.

You need to check the trichs using 60x magnification.

2 weeks ish by the looks of those pistils but yeah as said above, check trichs with 60x to be sure, you want at least all cloudy

Like Jumper said....you need a loup. Check the trichs.
I usually start giving them plain water as soon as the trichs are all cloudy, with a few already amber. I will give them plain water for between 1-2 weeks. Checking the trichs each day during this time.

Thanks for the reply guys, i guess i will let her be a little more. I have a mini microscope i will use to look for the trichs. How is the best way to estimate the percent of milky trichs ? Should i focus in the bigger buds for this ?

I try to choose the best bud and then look 1cm from the top.

The sugar leaves and damaged trichs will amber first so ignore those!

In an ideal world you would partial harvest - most just chop as one.
