Question Help with identifying problem with my autos?!

    Hi everyone,
I am all new to this growing thing and of course I am experiencing all kind of problems I wasnt aware of or I just was reading about. Usually I google it and find the solution myself but I thought for this one to try to consult experts and people with more experience. I would like to ask you guys what do you think is wrong with my plant in next photos? I tried to put some more water, but then I realized it might be too much water, I tried to move light away... but I would like to hear your opinions before I destroy my plant
Thanks in advance people!Click image for larger version.

    Right!!! Don’t panic!

Looks like coco ? Can you confirm your medium.

Also what is you water / feed schedule.

If coco what is your EC and pH going in.

Finally, can you post lights off photos with flash. Blurple light is hard to see.

    Hi!
Well, I must admit I did something very weird: I mixed coco with soil and perlite.
I havent watered at all for first 10 days, after I started watering everyday little by little touching ground and checking temp of it.
My light scheme is 18-6 fixed with timer. I dont measure ph and ec because I wanted to keep it as simple as possible. But I am open for suggestions and I aim to improve my growing habits. I dont use any fertilizer yet, tho I bought some "organic plant food" (compost) since I am trying to avoid as much chemistry as I can. The NPK ratio is: 3.5-0.2-4 and I will use it a bit later.Click image for larger version.

And here you see my one week younger plant that had same symptoms, but after some extra water yesterday it looks much happier nowClick image for larger version.

I am a coco grower. So take what I say as a guess only!

With the drooping leaves I would think over watered.

Let a soil guy answer properly :-)

They don’t look too unhappy to me though, a nice shade of green.

Looking alittle dark green but could be the light. How come you mixed coco with soil mate?

Your soil should have plenty of nutes in it to see them through to veg, you also shouldn't have to ph your soil as soil naturally balances it out for you

Good advise I took on board at the beginning... read the plant ...if the leaves point down it’s a roots / below dirt issue.

If they point up ... too much light/heat stress.

As always ...we are looking for goldilocks ... just right !

I use to use the vipar spectra 300w when I first started out and it returned some pretty good results, so I'm sure you'll smash it with the 400w.

So according to an article I just read, coco coir does help water retention. Perlite will help with drainage also.

What ratios did you go with when mixing soil in coco? You can use upto 80% mix of coco, but you will need to flush often as coco will eventually have a salt buildup that needs be rid off.

If I'm being honest mate, without a ph or ec pen you're pissing in the wind, especially if you're using a high mix of coco

Everything seems in order otherwise, just keep an eye on darkening of the leaves as this can indicate nitrogen toxicity, but you have no yellowing of the tips so you're fine for now. Keep feed to a minimum until the plant tells you she wants more

Don't know if this helps or not, new to this grow your own malarky but I bought a kit and it had a 50 ltr tropic mix medium with it which is 60% peat and 40% coco
