I’ve usually got fungus gnats in my grows, bud. I’ve fucked around trying to kill them before and it seems to do more harm than good. I just hang a shit load of sticky traps around the tent and crack on.
They don’t do any noticeable damage.

You can inoculate your growing medium with mosquito bits and never have fungus gnats again. I understand it's getting a little hard to get ahold of in the UK right now must be a whole lot of UK growers buying it out.

That's an amazing price! I think I pay about half that for a big jug that has I don't know probably 32 oz. well the simple thing to do is get yourself some clay pebbles wash the heck out of them put an inch or two of those on top of your pots that'll keep the gnats from getting down into your soil in the first place or your medium whatever it is and you won't have any. One year I was a little bit lazy and I got some knats down in my coco so I ran straight down to Home Depot and I put this just top dressed my coco and then I put some down in my drain res and it knocked then out cold.

As Vlad says, if there well established your not going to get rid of them just control them. I use hypoaspis miles at the beginning of a grow.to stop them getting a hold.

Lots of home grow equipment is hard to get or jacked in price due to lock down and people having nothing to do... They're taking uo hobbies, whether or not it's the same as ours... Could be just veg in a flat but the police planes are out in force in my area. Glad my lights on the ground floor and its quite a warm house anyway...
