Too much PK would be my guess.

Edit : I got the same result when I went a bit hard then my pH pens died. I was feeding 5.4 :-(

Pretty sure PK with those dark blodges. I bet the ends are crispy and crumble.

I'm grown in soil which is a mixture of Multi-purpose from B&Q and a garden centre
Been using a Dutch Pro soil a and b Bloom they get roughly 5 mil of a and b plus 3 mil explosion into 3 L of water which has been left out for 24-hours every 3 to 4 days was giving them some seaweed extract once a week of 3 mil as well that stopped last week as I'm just about to start the flushing and pH is roughly between 6.5 to 7

Your over feeding and the medium is now loaded with nutes the plant just can't consume...Apart from what looks like phosphorus toxicity (the purple hue on the cola right in pic) The left cola looks very dark green with slightly deformed leaves which backs up my suspicions...I would flush 3 x the pot size with plain tap water then go back on to just base nutes @ half the dose...

    Regards BL
