It's a head baffler is this done.
I'd give a good fed of cal/mag in the res . You room looks well set up and by what I see you shouldn't have any hot/cold spots but just check around that one bucket to be sure to be sure

I've even upgraded the chiller to a 300a because the 150a couldn't even keep it cool.

I'll have a check over it tonight, I did put 0.5ml per litre in the last res change, didnt want to over do it from you mentioning to go steady when whiplash was using it on his last grow.

I was thinking more general environment than the res .
In whiplashes grow we hit a area of growth that was twisted up and just not happy.
It turned out to be cal/mag deficiency and I had to get the oracle Budlight in too spot it and then everything rang true for me.

Do you think the roots are getting too cold?

The intake is directed down the side of the tent and that pot I'd say would get the first lot of fresh air ?

The roots looked ok to me....

Well the thing is buddy this is the only plant doing this and its near that vent, so i suggest putting some thick card or something in front of the pot to make the air flow direct away from it. Or move the plant and do the directional thing still with card. Gotta be worth a try i guess. Cold roots wont give you any signs themselves really its up top on the growth the problems display.. Is there any wilting / generally floppy looking leaves or are the leaves pointing up like normal but have this crinkle.

Whatever it is mate im sure you will sort it out.
