I have a 127 Watt, works fine for a slow veg, but nothing for Flowering. The test with low watts, have been done time and time again, just waisting your time.

What clear said ^^^ Ok, guys I am going to explain it one time. For you guys that don't have A lot of money to spend at the time, and can't afford the IS lights, this is the best option in my opinion.

There are plenty of Red Par Bloom Buster out there, that pull 220W and up, starting for around $115.00 bucks. Now with that being said, here is my 222W bloom buster, with the plant now on Day 21 of Veg. With some training, you can grow this one plant under this type light, and get 6+ oz easy. These types light's are great for veg and Flowering.
Second picture is an older grow of an GN just going into Flower under this light.

I like the spider farm better than the hlg because it has an actual brace plate for the diodes. The HLG is just a board.
