I have been flushing them for the last 3 days, 60ltrs at a time without much reduction in run off PPM hence why I as considering florakleen as an aggressive approach to removing the salts.

    For eg:

Day 1 of flush: 1500ppm run off
Day 2 of flush: 1134ppm run off
Day 3 of flush: 900ppm run off

    *edit: inflow water was 275ppm

Plants not responding as I would expect after 2-3 days.

But yeah i think im going to have to buy a water vac as getting 20% run off and getting it out the trays is going to be a mission with an Aldi mop twice a day

Asda had a wet vac for 30 quid the other week might be worth a look mate.

I think it will drop quicker once you flush with zero nutrients bud. Try that and if it's still taking ages then use the flushing agent.

As T said they look a bit rich in the feed going by the dark green on ya leaves so you can dial the feed down a touch aswell.

Go to a hardware store and get a hand pump .
Theres a bubble in thr middle of two hoses .

10-20% run off is the goal of coco man .

What is your base e.c or ppm ?

As long as its coming out at your base e.c . It means they are flushed .

Also Trex they are all Sherbet strain variations so generally they tend to be super dark.. leaves naturally have purple stems and purple and blue by day 56.. Also the pistols on those plants we unfortunatley damaged by the amount of RO water they have encountered to stave off the dreaded pm

Ok! will see if amazon got a pump for tomorrow and just mop the fuckers out until then!

yeah I know that's the goal but stupidly the grow room isnt full optimized yet, but there is no doubt that my future grows will be done with drainage in mind lol

Inflow PPM has been 275ppm (with the flushes)... but I have been running 600ppm with very litter run off for the last month in there..

So you'd say once I get the 0.1ppm flush down to the original intented 600ppm then i'm ready to go back to just under what I was feeding with that desired 20% run off?

what if it takes me 10 days and 10 flushes, my girls will be fucked ay?

@scooby Thanks a lot for you input bud and will check out that wet vac, and will def try the zero nutes and additives (no calmag?). I'm about to do it now, i'll do the worst one first and report it's ppm, i'm dubious because it seems hardly anything is being removed from the previous massive flushes, albeit a bit for sure, but plants still unhappy! lets try zero nutes and see what happens thanks again mate

Defo no calmag that's one of the heaviest in terms of EC/ppm mate.

Indeed mate! Thanks a million for taking the time to share your knowledge. I will follow it and post on the thread the outcome as I go! I'll be keeping an eye out for the smoke report on that Super OG Kush.
