Ordered some seeds last week. Sent 3 emails now and not got 1 reply. Anyone in the loop know whats going on? They are normally quick on the customer service.

When Mephisto first came along there was so much promise from them & their strains, everyone was talking about them...

Think theyve gone too big too quickly from everything ive heard...

When i dealt with them last year i couldnt knock the customer service but germ rates for me have been shocking!

Hasnt one of the guys split and opened his own company now? Night owl or something

+1 on that. They had a payment situation but I bought from them direct and I was well impressed with the personal approach they took to my tiny order. Germ rates was pants for me too.

Farmshop hope they get you your seeds soon.

I ended up getting an email, not from the customer service but just from the site to say they have been posted and out for delivery. Aslong as there seeds produce the goods I've been used to, will be happy

Yep . I ordered a 3 pack of Sour Stomper from seedsman in september. 2 didnt germinate out of the three just this week . I was told to suck it up by Dave .....
That was their last chance with me . They are in their death throws with their shit service and lack of payment options .
No company can servive no matter how good their product is (was in this case ) of their service is crap and the customer is told off ...

I got 3SD free with an order sometime back, none of them germ.
