Default Can I start flushing next week?

    Hi..

I'm never sure when to flush so I might as well ask people who know.
She's an indica dominant hybrid from Dinafem - their OG Kush. Been flowering for ages now, since late august.
Is it okay if I start flushing next week for the next couple of weeks?

The leaves are dark green probably because of too much nutes given.

Cool, I guess I'll just keep posting here updates - I want to make sure I flush in time so nothing but fresh water is in her. You usually flush two weeks before harvest? I feel like she still has around 3-4 weeks to go especially if I want amber triches.

Considering the fact that sativas with thc-v already produce an euphoric and energizing high, should I go for cloudy trichomes? I want my DP to be as energizing as it can get with less of that body high. That'd mean an earlier harvest though and I don't want to hurt my yields.

    Okay... what about now?
Obviously it's not the same plant.
Also I'd like to note that I really want to avoid amber trichomes, would rather hurt the yield by couple of grams than to get it to the couchlock side of high.

If you are just going to guess, your best bet would just be 95% hairs turn brown, and no white one's growing. JMO

I think it's close to that point - I couldn't get my hands on a magnifier. It's around 80-90% brown hair at the moment, whites only at a couple of popcorns. Guess I won't feed her anymore then.

I know flushing/not flushing is a touchy subject but I now never flush, just add water to the top up res for the last week or so to bring the ec down. The more I read on the subject the less likely I am to ever flush again.

I think reducing rather than flushing gives you a bigger window to take them down, and personally I can't tell the difference between flushed and reduced nutrient smoke.

Flush is for the soil, when you flush the old nuts out the soil, it makes for better reused soil to be made from adding back organic nutes. So I have read. JMO

Ehh at the end of the day..it just comes down to the growers choice..if you don't believe in it, don't flush...if you do then flush, no great shakes either way

I personally do enjoy flushing, even if it's not doing anything...it just makes me feel good lol.
