    Hello people i was just seeing if anyone preferably from the uk can tell what would be the best soil i could get online for a reasonable price an any suggestions where i could get some as i cant get anything decent local Cheers

    Hi mate, I'm only on my first grow but I've been using tropic mix soil, 60/40 peat/coco. I'm 4 weeks in, got some recent pics if you look, no issues and no nutes yet. There will be more experienced growers with better options but this stuff has made it easier on a noob. 10 squid for 50 ltr if I remember rightly.

    I use Canna Terra with Dutch Pro...no issues normally...don't follow the Dutch Pro feeding guide though

    Normally I swear by plant magic soil supreme only available from hydrostore £12 or £16 online but as I was late finishing work I couldn't get to the store and I had seeds in a glass I took a bag of westlands jacks magic from a mate around £5 a bag and happily use it again

    1st grow in soil so cant give much input other than the light mix ive got in 2 pots seems very hydrophobic when its dried out... water sits on the top for a long time where as with the verve its absorbed straight away
