Yea it is toast buddy, Next time Do an OZ at 115C for 45Minutes Bake, then get your self A 150 Micron Stainless steel screen, and rub the keif out on to A glass or table top, than measure out some of the keif to 10mg and try that, if you like it a little stronger, add 5mg to your next dose, until you get the amount that you like.

I did this once with 8 oz in the oven and fell asleep on couch ,smoke alarms woke me up ,middle of the afternoon so couldn't open the windows ,my house was like a hotbox

Well that is way over the mark for cooking it, but you never know until you try some really. Just weight out A gram and eat it, if it gets you stone, you can take the keif out of the rest and measure out in MG like I said, and just pill it up. that what I do instead of putting it in food.
